Shipping situation

During the pandemic, the shipping situation changed several times. Shipping to Germany and Europe works all fine again. I also ship to United Kingdom, however thanks to Brexit, there will be additional fees / taxes for you to pay (I don’t have any influence on that).

Shipping situation update for USA / outside EU:
Good news: Smaller / cheaper packages (Päckchen) are available again! However they have no priority, so shipping times can take up to 60 days (or longer, for example in the Western part of the USA). It does not have to take that long, but it can. If you want a faster delivery, you can go for DHL Premium package (c), which is more expensive.

  • a) Regular DHL pacel/package (including insurance up to 50 EUR and tracking). No priority, they say shipping time can take up to 60 days (or longer).
  • b) Regular DHL package (without insurance or tracking). No priority, they say shipping time can take up to 60 days.
  • c) Regular DHL Premium package (including insurance up to 500 EUR and tracking), shipped via airmail (regular / faster delivery times).

Shipping to UK possible again

Good news: the shipping restrictions to Great Britain have been lift from January 11, 2021 – shipping is now possible again! Please note that the UK is not part of the European Union any more, so there will be additional VAT / customs fees on packages. Please inform yourself about the costs.

Due to the pandemic, the shipping situation changed several times this year. I am doing my best to find the best way and to stay updated. I have also updated this info in my F.A.Q. section.

🇩🇪 🇪🇺 GERMANY / EUROPE:
Shipping to Germany and most parts of Europe works without problem.

🇬🇧 🇮🇪 ENGLAND / IRELAND:
Currently shipping to Great Britain and Ireland has been stopped by the German post service due to the pandemic. No shipping possible right now.
Update January 11, 2021: The restrictions have been lifted, shipping is now possible again!

🇺🇸 🇨🇦 USA / CANADA / WORLDWIDE
Currently packages to destinations outside Europe can be shipped as following options (updated December 2020):

  • a) Regular DHL package (without insurance or tracking), currently shipped via seaway (can take up to 30 days delivery or longer)
  • b) Regular DHL package (including insurance up to 50 EUR and tracking), currently shipped via seaway (can take up to 30 days delivery or longer)
  • c) Regular DHL Premium package (including insurance up to 500 EUR and tracking), shipped via airmail (regular / faster delivery times)

Smaller items like prints only or letters can be shipped faster / cheaper.
